Identified in the image are Alderman Peter Garrow, Mayor of Dalby Town Council (centre image, holding a hat), Mr. Wilfred Adams Russell, owner of Jimbour House (right of Mr. Garrow), and Mr. Henry Ensor, who supervised the building of Jimbour House in the 1870s (right of Mr. Russell).
