Thomas Oliver Smallacombe

Oliver Smallacombe was a member of the first Tara Shire Council, and became Chairman in 1917 and 1921

The Smallacombe family were one of the pioneer families of the district, having moved to Tara from Lillimur, Victoria, in 1912. Thomas Smallacombe returned to Victoria in 1923.
