Charles William Fink

Charles William Fink was a Dalby Town Council Alderman in 1925, and a member of the Dalby Bowls Club. He was club President for 7 years and awarded a Life Membership to the club in 1934.

At this time bowling was looked upon as a mans preserve, however Bill Fink, a foundation member of the club, had constructed a rink in his yard, and this is where the first female bowlers played their social bowls.
