Opening of St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church

St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church in Warra was consecrated and officially opened by Archbishop Duhig on 30 March 1913.

A large crowd gathered to witness the opening of the church, with a special train running from Dalby for the event. The ladies of the district also prepared a banquet in honour of his Grace, Archbishop Duhig.
