The Grand Hotel was located on the corner of Cunningham and Patrick Streets, and was destroyed by fire on Monday 24 March 1919.
In 1903, the Grand Hotel was considered the largest and newest hotel in Dalby with 200ft of continuous balcony, 16ft wide. It had 23 bedrooms, dining, coffee, billiard and sitting rooms, and were lit by acetylene gas'.
