Guluguba Provisional School (No. 1549) opened 1 February 1917 on a half-time basis, sharing a single teacher with Downfall Creek Provisional School.
When the Downfall Creek school closed in 1918, Guluguba became a full-time school. The school is still operating and is located at 306 Fosters Road, Guluguba.
