A school swimming carnival being held at the Dalby Olympic Swimming Pool in the 1970s.
At the time, the Queensland Education Department required schools to provide water safety & swimming education programs for children from Prep to Year 6. These education programs often culminated in a swimming carnival at the local public pool.
