Arubial Provisional school was opened at the request of Mr. Godfrey Morgan, and was established on his property "Arubial" near Condamine. A tender was accepted to erect the school at "Arubial" in February 1910, and in October 1924 the school became Arubial State School.
James Charles Egan was promoted from assistant teacher at Roma to head teacher at Arubial in March 1911.
