The premises of W. R. Mackenzie & Co. Ltd. was located in Cunningham Street Dalby, from 1906 to 1908. The business employed 13 people during that time.

The business was purchased from Mr. Thomas Jack in 1906, when Mr. Jack moved to Sydney. Mr. Jack returned to Dalby in 1908, and purchased the business back from Mackenzie & Co., changing the name to Thomas Jack & Co., Ltd.
