Rising Sun Hotel

The Rising Sun Hotel, now known as the Warra Hotel, is one of the oldest country hotels in Queensland, having started trading in 1876.

The name "Rising Sun" was in deference to the badge worn by soldiers of the Australian Imperial Force on the upturned side of their slouch hats.
